Curved Tip Probe (Ref 301)
The Curved Tip Probe device is used to register the preoperative images (image space) to the intraoperative organs (physical space). After registration is performed, the probe may be used to confirm registration accuracy by placing it on known anatomical landmarks. Additionally, it may also be used to help trace out a path of planned resection.

Pathfinder Shadow™ (Ref 305)
The Shadow™ device is used to add image guided navigation to real-time ultrasound imaging. By tracking the position of the ultrasound transducer, the transection plane of the ultrasound can be displayed on the 3D images of the guidance system, and a corresponding reslice of the preoperative image data generated. The Aloka UST-5713T ultrasound transducer is currently supported.

Pathfinder Tracer™ (Ref 303)
The Tracer™ device is used to track the position of any rigid instruments, such as a bovie, ablation needle, or biopsy needle. Used in conjunction with the Beacon as a calibration device, the tip of the tracked object can be mapped onto the preoperative and 3D images of the guidance system.
|
 |
Pathfinder Tracer™ II (Ref 304)
The Tracer™ II device is functionally similar to the Tracer™ device. It can be used to track a second rigid instrument simultaneously.
|
 |
Pathfinder Beacon™ (Ref 351)
The Beacon™ device is primarily used to calibrate the tip of devices tracked by the Tracer or Tracer II tools. If the location of the patient or position sensor must be modified between registration and guidance, the Beacon can also be used to create a global reference when attached rigidly to the patient (via retractors or other fixturing equipment).

 |
Small Clamp Kit (Ref 979)
The Small Clamp Kit is used to attach a Tracer™ or Tracer™ II device to a rigid instrument for tracking. The small clamp is designed to attach to cylindrical devices with a diameter between device is used to track the position of any rigid instruments, such as a bovie, ablation needle, or biopsy needle. Used in conjunction with the Beacon as a calibration device, the tip of the tracked object can be mapped onto the preoperative and 3D images of the guidance system.
